great hat
got this for my husband, he wears a helmet type hat close to this one, but its an NFL one and they don't make them anymore, so i got this one and he loves it. go the L/XL and it fits good on his head. i think you would only get the M/L one if it were a young male, like teen. the L/XL is snug on my hubby and he is 29 years old.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
