RCA  Digital TV Converter

I bought this converter in order to be able to use my tv again. Lightweight, simple design but it works... Have some difficulties trying to fix the volume from its remote to the converter box... think I have to read again its manual.. This was the cheapest price that I found...

It will be used on a non digital tv and the converter works I can use this old tv for a back up incase my bigger tv would go

It freezes all day long!! I should've taken it back! It defeats the whole purpose of the purchase. No matter how much I adjust the antennas it still skips and freezes, which is annoying! Half the time I have it on mute just so I won't hear the stuttering of the words!!!! #tragic

Maybe this converter is OK for someone else, but it didn't work out for me.  It wouldn't bring in Phila., PA's  local ch. 3.  The sleep timer is 4 hours, my last converter gave me a minimum choice of 1 hour.  4 hours is much too long.  These were the main issues I had with the box.

The on-screen display not only tells you what channel you are watching, but also what program you're watching, and a short description of the program, assuming the station you're watching broadcasts that information.  (Most do.)  This box also receives all the digital sub-channels that are broadcast in your area.  More importantly, some low-powered TV stations still broadcast in analogue format, which this box also receives, so you won't miss out on any stations in your area.

The on-screen menu to set up the box is very user-friendly, and the box itself is so easy to use - I had mastered it in all of two minutes.

just brought this box on friday and still cant watch tv at all..really not feeling this product

Searched the web for this item.  Many complaints about other manufactures.  RCA HAS WORKED GRATE FOR ME..... a grate buy... J Abbott,, Saint Cloud,,,,ps,, will get at least 32 channels in Orland area and central fl.
