Princeton's synthetic mongoose is comparable to the originals quality, yet more durable and affordable. Synthetic mongoose performs beautifully in all viscosities of oil paint. It is stiffer than sable but softer than hog bristle, with a tapered point excellent for painting detailed, controlled lines. The synthetic fibers offer greater durability than natural hair.
