This cool touch large griddle has a 19" x 15" cooking surface to accommodate lots of good food. Cleanup is easy; you simply remove the detachable Control Master heat control and place the griddle in the dishwasher, no scouring necessary. This convenient appliance has a heavy cast aluminum base with built-in backstop ledge and immersible cooktop. You'll find lots of uses for this powerful 1500 watt electric griddle.
