Using the calibrated damper and slide vent you can control heat to slow smoke ribs, bake pizza, roast turkey, grill burgers, char vegetables, or sear a steak.

The K22’s dual-tier, stainless steel cooking grids offer over 560 sq. inches of versatile cooking space. The grill features heavy-duty hardware that keeps the ceramic body secure and provides a lasting product: the spring loaded hinge and dampers allow smooth opening and closing of the lid, and 2 locking wheels allow you to position the grill safely. There’s plenty of space for serving on the bamboo side shelves which fold away for neat storage.
