    I received this as a Christmas gift, and what a wonderful gift it is. I can cook a turkey or pot roast with out worrying about not having enough room. Just throw your dinner in, set the temp and come back when it is done, so simple anyone can use it! It washes up real nice, without sticking and the pull out rack makes serving simple. The buffet trays are a bonus that always comes in handy when entertaining. It is even big enough to hold a large cat :D It is a gift that will keep giving year after year!

    I bought this roaster a few weeks ago and first used it on Thanksgiving -- it literally saved the day!!! My son had a setback and was delayed several hours so dinner had to wait. Thanks to this roaster and included buffet server, we had a wonderful, delicious dinner!

    I had heard that a turkey cooked in a roaster won't brown. Not true with this one! I followed the instructions in the included booklet and we had a beautiful, tender, moist 8 lb. turkey breast that was moist and juicy on the inside and crispy brown on the outside in under 2 hours. Fabulous! Cooking the meat and stuffing in the roaster freed my oven for pies and rolls. It saves energy, too!

    Since dinner was delayed by hours, I carved the cooled turkey, half-filled the roasting pan with water, and used the buffet serving pans for our turkey, stuffing, and mashed potatoes. Everything stayed hot and delicious.

    The unit heats up quickly and cooks food quickly and perfectly. Clean-up is a breeze, too. This roaster exceeded my expectations and Kmart's price just can't be beat -- especially since it comes with the buffet server pieces and doubles as a server!

    I adore my OSTER 18qt. Roaster. The smell of the turkey cooking was wonderful. This freed up my oven for all the important stuff like pumpkin pie, and bread pudding. My turkey wa so moist and tastey.

    My family had a early thanksgiving that I was proud to host thanks to my roaster.
