Great tent!
This tent was very large inside. Put a queen blow up and a twin and still had lots of room. There was a divider with pockets on each side of the divider to make 2 seperate rooms in the tent. My kids loved it since they each got their own "room" in th tent.

Do not waste your money
I purchased both the 6 person & 8 person tent. Upon putting them up, a storm brew & the tents were demolished. The fly's were ripped to shreds and poles were bent. The tents were useless as they would no longer stand up. The center support is made of cheap plastic & the poles are not made of a strong metal. Spend a little more money and get the Coleman!

Rain came in

This tent was the right size that we needed, everything was good untill our second day at the camp ground. It started to rain so we closed all of the openings and sat down to talk, we noticed alittle water coming in from one of the corners, than all four corners were leaking. We started to clean up yhe water and noticed it was also leaking arround the doors. It rained about 4 hours and when it stopped we had a big mess to clean up. We had floors pads and 2 sleeping bags to dry out. So over all we ended up packing up 2 days early and went home. Some vacation!!!!

This Tent Is HUGE!!!!

I wasn't sure that I wanted only an 8 person tent. My husband loved it so we got it. I wanted a family tent that was big enough for everyone at once, with air mattresses. There is PLENTY of room, and the divider makes it nice for privacy. The divider zips in the middle so you can leave it partially down or take it up completely. It is a large tent, but I put it up alone. I am 5'5'' and I did it in about 30 min. It's really tall, so the rain fly was a bit of a challenge, but I got it. Would definitely be much easier for 2 people. We had this tent up for several days with high winds and driving rain. Some rain got into the corners, but it was nothing compared to how much rain we actually got. On the last day, it did finally collapse. The down side to this tent is that the stakes are junk! They are no where near strong enough to support such a large tent in a driving storm. I am planning on getting much better stakes for this monster. That said, I love this tent. The size is great, it is a great quality for the price. and I would recommend it. just replace the stakes.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

Overall
A SOLID AND WELL DESIGNED CAMPING TENT (pluses and minuses)

I have owned this tent for several years. I've used it extensively in three states (Idaho, Washington and Oregon). Also I have used this tent in various campgrounds, from remote alpine USFS mountain campgrounds, to State Parks on the Oregon Coast and Central Oregon; also in military RV Parks and Campgrounds. I've used this tent in various seasons of the year, from sweltering 90+ degrees, to +19 degree fridged temperatures. I've used this tent so many times and under varying conditions that I could almost put this thing up, my self and blindfolded! Now, having said all of this, I believe I am perpared and experienced enough to discuss both the advantages, and disadvantages of this particular tent. So, here we go.... OBVIOUS ADVANTAGES: 1. This tent is extremely utilitarian both in design and functionality. Although it is advertised to sleep up to eight, I wouldn't want to do that. If you have THAT large a family, buy an extra tent for the kids. If you plan on a large campout with friends, tell the others to bring their own tent. My wife and I use half of this two-room tent for a large queen size double high air matress which obviously accommodates two large sleeping bags comfortably. In the other half, we have our day quarters, holding two small tables, one for a small 16" 12 Volt digital television, or a computer platform when WiFi is availale. 2. The tent is well ventilated, with two large screen doors, one for each room. Two large screened windows accommodate two other sides of the tent for ample cross ventilation. 3. This tent is equipped with spacious storage pockets along the sides, and in the divider that separates the two rooms. It also has a handy electrical port for bringing in power if it is available at your tent site, or generator (if you are using one). There are attachable vinyl mats for the outside of both doors, helping to keep mud and dirt from the inside. 4. Tent set up and take down can be accomplished in minutes, and is really a very well thought out process and design. DISADVANTAGES AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS (and there are a few) 1. The two door Zippers are very light weight and should have been upgraded by the manufactor to at least a # 10 heavy duty quality zipper to support numerous openings and closings over the course of several years of use. During extremely windy conditions, such as camping along coastal areas adjacient to the ocean, or open desert spaces, the zippers are under considerable strain. On our tent, the right door (facing the tent) is currently locked shut with a padlock, since the zipper became unusable over time. The left door zipper currently needs to have a new zipper handle to replace the worn out original. In contrast to this, the window zippers remain totally functional even after years of use. 2. One fiberglass tent pole holding up the center of the canopy broke during a Central Oregon heavy windstorm two years ago. We had to go to a sporting goods store (a big box stor

Zippers would stick in the corners, stakes bend very easy, floor is very thin and bag is to small for tent and poles.
