    Pros:
    Soft,Sturdy,Great for a variety of uses

    I was looking for a new yoga mat because mine was getting worn out. I wanted something a bit sturdier and thicker, though, so I wandered around the sporting goods section and browsed. I saw this camp mat and compared its size and thickness to the common yoga mats.

    This camp mat is thicker and longer than the standard yoga mat, and is comparable to the more expensive mats at a fraction of the price! At 72 inches long, it's a great length. The difference comes in the width, with this camp mat being 2-4 inches narrower than the yoga mats. That hasn't made much, if any, difference to me in my workouts.

    But the big plus comes in the thickness of this mat. It's soft but sturdy and is probably almost twice as thick as the standard yoga mat. At $9.99 this is a bargain for a variety of uses so I highly recommend it for yoga and exercise, for children's play and nap time, and for the outdoors.
