    This was bought to replace my Mr Coffee original. It is a little tighter fit but it works great. I have no spills compared to me spilling every day with my original Mr Coffee. It came with two lids and the extra one fit mine because the other one was too tall. I am glad I bought this cheaper universal replacement instead of going name brand again. I like this one better than the Mr Coffee brand one.

    I needed a replacement carafe for my Black and Decker coffee maker but I didn't want to spend the $20 for the brand name one so for $10.99 I was willing to try this one.  Although I have to use it without the lid, only because my coffee maker didn't have the model number on it ANYWHERE, it still works perfectly.

    I don't agree with the earlier reviewer.  I've had this pot for over a month now, no more spills than other coffeemakers, fits perfectly, and it saved me $5 over the Mr. Coffee pot.  Definitely recommend!
