Easy to use
I'm a novice with smoking meats, but this might be helpful for other beginners... I have read a lot of reviews discussing the difficulty of controlling temp, but I have found this one to be remarkably easy ***if you keep the doors closed*** and do not get overanxious about constantly checking the meat. I read that the in-door thermometers don't work well, so I bought another one, but I have found that the in-door on this model is accurate. I seasoned the smoker as stated in the book and I had no problems with chemical flavoring. The only downsides: It feels cheap; the metal feels thin and flimsy and my door does not shut perfectly. Also, it was intuitive to assemble, but it was still a bit of a pain--on mine, the pieces did not fit together perfectly and it took some work to get everything to go together right. Plus, the door latches seem cheap. Overall, this thing in not impressive in appearance, but it is a good, easy-to-use starter smoker.
I would recommend this product to a friend.

We LOVE our smoker!!
We got this for my husband as a Father's Day present and absolutely LOVE it. Very high quality, lots of racks. Creates the perfect enviornment for smoking meat. Have recommended it to lots of our friends who enjoy a Sunday evening dinner with us.

Masterbuilt gas smoker dual door works great
Smoker works great. Easy to maintain low heat level. Dual doors make adding water or wood chips easy and you don't lose the heat in the smoke chamber.Easy setup.Easy to get that smoked taste that is not over powering.The temp gauge is right on the money.Would but again.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
