This was a gift from Santa for my 8 year old. In fact it was all he asked for and pretty much all he got. Along with all the accessories for it. Well he was speechless when he opened it. So we charged it like it said. Then set up the gmail account and went to the app store. Well lets just say in the middle of down loading angry birds rio it froze. The screen had all these diagnol white dots and would not even turn off. We did the hard reset and still nothing. We finlly got it to turn off and back on so we could delete our email. You try explaining why santa brought something broken to an 8 year old.

Got for grandkids...they were always using their mother's 'kindle fire' ..this was much cheaper and in some ways better..this can take pictures..has all the games for kids..you can practically do every and anything, that can be done on a computer..but now, you can do it anywhere.

I purchased this tablet for my husband after returning another one that does not support Google PlayStore, Netflix, or YouTube. The tablet works great for the price and does everything he wants it to. The only drawback is that the WiFi does not reach everywhere in our house. We have our router on one end of the house & he cannot get signal in the living room on the other end of the house. I have a tablet as well (a different brand) and get a strong signal with mine. He can use it in any other room in the house, so ultimately, I give it 4 out of 5 stars.

I was looking for a product that was not expensive for my husband to take with him onshore/offshore. It is very nice looking, but the picture is grainy and the wifi is slow. There's not a lot of accessories I have been able to find for it, which is a big disappointment. Honestly, though, for the price and the use I need it for, it's worth the money. It's great as a child's gift or for certain necessities, like my situation.

I bought two of these and neither could make it an hour without completely freezing up completely with no way to make them reboot. Held power button for up to a minute with no luck and had to wait for the battery to diw to make it reboot, then screen would flick uncontrollably and processor ws reallly, really slow. After one day I took both back to the store. Don't waste your time on these. I guess you get what you pay for. Oh and the Android system on this device won't let you download the ****** strore. All of my other Android devices have this but for whatever reason this cheap one isn't compatible.

Great for karaoke and game apps! Sometimes freezes and battery dies quickly but overall good for its price.
