Best Vacuum money can buy
This is the best vacuum I have found. I have 5 dogs and 3 cats, all different breeds, all different shedders. Two of them are really bad shedders. I bought this vacuum twelve years ago after trying out many different brands (Hoover, dyson) this was the best. I have bare floors and one carpeted room. It works great. You can regulate the suction so you can vacuum throw rugs and slip covers. When this vacuum died after 12 years (after my husband tried using it as a shop vac) I immediately bought another and it is proving to be as good as the first. I would highly recommend this to pet owners.

vacuum doesn't do non-carpeted floors easily
This model and the one above it has a difficult setup that makes it very difficult to disconnect the pipe from the electric beater bar when choosing to use the vacuum with the smooth floor attachment. And it is not possible to buy a separate pipe for use with the smooth floor attachment. The very top model has a foot level connector that solves this problem.
The vacuum has good power but it really only good for rugs due to the difficulty of getting rid of the electric beater bar.

Works great!
I love this vacuum. It is very powerful and works great. I have a lot of cat hair to pick up and it does the job perfectly. One reviewer mentioned that it's hard to switch from the carpet beater to the hard floor attachment; i agree it's a bit of a hassle but it's not difficult. I would say if you have mostly carpet or mostly hard floors, it's not an issue. If you have half and half I can see where it might be. I have mostly carpet and only the bathrooms and kitchen are tile floor, so it's really not a problem for me. I had another model of this vacuum for over 10 years before purchasing this one (i gave the previous one away). I will keep buying this model of vacuum when I need one as long as they keep making it!

Best Little Vac in Town!
I am the most PICKY person when it comes to Vacuum cleaners! This little Vac is amazing. Perfect for hardwood floors because it has a great attachment that makes it easy to use. Perfect for carpet, because it is self propelling. Pick up is amazing. Lightweight and easy to maneuver everywhere. If you are looking for an amazing value this is the way to go!!!
