The grill cover is average. It does what a grill cover is suppose to do. Nothing special about it. If you get it on sale the price is right for this size but don't expect this cover to last forever. This cover is simply adequate for it's purpose.

Can't tell a book by the cover
when i first put this on my grill i was happy to find one that fit and seemed to be of a good quality.Unfortunately, after only a short while it started to split and when i repaired it with duct tape it would split in a new area(but the duct tape held). they were straight line splits rather than jagged tears.

I am not happy with the purchase. The cover I purchased was too big for my Kenmore Elite grill. You did not have the one I needed in stock. I tried to get it online, but was told that it was not possible. I settled for a generic one that I found on **** for less money. I only wish I had kept the packaging of the one I got from Sears so I could return it.

Very BAD grill cover
I got this grill cover 2 weeks back, the cover at the top already showing signs of crack. The rain water can seep through the cracks and damage my $1200 grill. I am planning to return it back and get some good quality grill cover from Amazon.

Elite Grill Cover
When we first purchased our grill in 2008 from Sears, we bought the elite cover with it. We've had the grill now for four years and it works great. With one really tough winter in 2011 and four years of constant exposure to the elements; we have decided to buy a new Elite grill cover. It will look nicer and they are durable. (The old Elite grill cover still protects our grill but some of the vinyl is flaking off now. We?ll keep it as a backup cover.)

We bought this 2 yrs ago and many storms and high wind issues finally got the better of it. It was very durable despite mother natures constant battering! We just bought a new one and would highly recommend this cover to anyone.

Over-priced and poor quality
I've had my cover for less than 3 weeks now and I am very disappointed with it... This is my second Sears grill cover in a month - the first one, which I bought when I bought my "Consumer Report" recommended Sears grill ($700 - I don't recommend the grill either). The package said that it was waterproof material - it wasn't. My grill was soaked after the first rain, so I brought it back to exchange it thinking that perhaps it was defective. The sales person said that I should get the "Elite" because it was the best... I did - it was $10.00 more plus I lost my multi-purchase credit. Long story short, it was better at keeping the rain out, but I noticed that the seams are coming apart - I going to return this one too and probably the grill as well (that's another review coming up). I'm generally a big Sears' fan, but not with their grill covers or the propane gas grill that I purchased either.
