    I bought this coat a few weeks ago and absolutely love it!! It is my go to coat whenever I step out the door. I live in the midwest and the temperatures are in the frigid zone right now and this coat is so wonderfully warm! Even with a wind chill minus zero, you don't feel the cold, it completely blocks the wind. And it fits beautifully as well. I generally order a medium to large in this type of coat, but because I've ordered others in the past (different brands) that ran small, I ordered an extra large to be on the safe side. It is plenty roomy. I could have ordered a large and still had room to spare. Since I wear alot of heavy sweaters and pants, I decided to keep the extra large, but because of the style it doesn't look that much too big at all. And it gives me extra room for movement when driving or shoveling snow. It's made very generously, no skimping here. As well it has a very unusual hood that is outrageously warm and thickly padded. It does not go over the head like a regular hood does but hugs the ears for absolute warmth without messing up your hair. (looks really cute with a cap as well.) The hood can be worn down as a big collar or drawn tight around the neck and ears. Didn't quite understand the principle of it's design til I started experimenting with it and figured out how it works. It's quite unusual as I said but very interesting in it's function. It has several drawstrings to allow you to draw it into different styles and a snug or loose fit. It really needs instructions explaining it's uses, other than that the coat is FABULOUS!
