Jaclyn Smith Today  Willow Comforter Set

I just purchased this product and i was so excited because it'd look great with my themed room. Well i got it out of the package and the dark brown and beige stripe is only on 1 side. In this photo it shows that it's on the top and the bottom. Needless to say its NOT. So there's more of the blue than anything and it isn't what i was looking for.

In the picture, this set looks like a pretty BLUE color. But the actual product is a TEAL/greenish color. Nothing like what the color looks like online OR even on the picture on the package!! I suggest you go to the store and look at the color of this to make sure you like it before buying online. I returned it to the store because I was expecting a blue color like the picture.....not teal blue/green.

I got this set in the store and it's actually a very pretty aqua color and the beige is darker than the picture. Also, there is no brown stripe at the top like it shows in the picture. It's a linen-type material. It's very pretty and I got it on sale for about 1/2 the price, so it's definitely worth it. The shams dress it up and regular bed pillows fit in them, so you avoid the extra expense of buying pillow inserts. I was able to get curtains to match and I actually got the last 3 pairs! So happy that they had what I needed. The whole look is really soft, tranquil, and pretty.

As others have said, the color is more of a teal than a light blue which is exactly what I was looking for. I've only had the comforter on my bed for a couple of weeks, but I like it so far. The fabric isn't "slippery" like so many microfiber comforters in the stores. I think it will be durable and will last a long time.

This is the second Willow Comforter Set I have purchased since the first one I bought wore out in less than 6 months of everyday use. The pattern is beautiful and rich in color - when new - but the thin materials this comforter is made of wears out and the stitching comes undone. I'm retired, live alone and am very meticulous about taking care of my belongings, so there is no 'rough' use of this product. My second one is already wearing thin and some stitching has begun to unravel. If this was made of more durable material, I'd buy a third one, but I doubt this will happen.
