    I have three of these in a new home we bought a year and a half ago. One fan would run at a slow speed only. I called their help number numerous times and and would get the general run around. ie. they would send me a new fan in 2 to 3 wks., he would have to contact his supervisor and would get back to me in 2 0r 3 days.(This never happened and I was told this on at least 3 different calls. They were going to send me parts on at least two occassions, just on and on for over a year. Also you cannot find an e-mail address of this company.I recommend look elsewear for a fan other than a Heritage fan.
