The Graco Metrolit Stoller meets my needs. September 16, 2010

Overall I have been happy with this stoller.  It handles well.  You can easily manuver it with one hand when you need to.  Additionally, the underseat basket holds a lot.  When my child was first able to sit with the seat all the way up, he did not seem to like that it was still reclined a little - he really wanted the seat to be at the 90 degree angle.  He has since gotten used to that and often holds onto the front bar to sit up without using the seat back.  I am not sure if this is how all stollers seats are or not.  It is generally easy to fold and lightweight.

graco metrolite is easy to manuver October 05, 2010

we bought this stroller for our daughter because we needed one to disney to match with her graco infant carseat.

we were debating which model to buy, a full size or a compact. we picked this because of its size and weight. the carseat clicks well onto the stroller making the transition from car to stroller and vice versa smooth. however, the carseat leans a bit more forward then with a full size stroller that we didn't know when we bought it. and thus, our baby's head often nods down when she sleeps.

the stroller seat does reclines a bit at its top position. my child has to hold the bar to sit up.

the stroller is very easy to manuver with one hand. this helps a lot because i also have a toddler.

i'm not sure if that's the case but i really can't figure out how to take the fabrics out to wash. i can only spot wash. and now the stroller looks quite dirty.

great deal for a great product September 14, 2010

    Pros:
    good buy
    Cons:
    tough to clean

I purchased this stroller when I was pregnant with my daughter.  It is relatively light and easy to use.  The best feature is that the car seat clicks nicely and simply into the stroller, which means that when the baby falls asleep in the stroller, it is a seamless transition to putting the baby into the car--or vice versa.

I think it's an attractive stroller as well.  Unfortunately, I have a hard time cleaning it.  The fabric spot washes pretty well, but it can't be machine-washed.  As children get older, they get awfully messy with their eating, and I wish I could wash this a little more easily.

As for the weight, it really is one of the lighter strollers out there.  It fits easily into the trunk of my car (a Honda Accord), and I can open it up with one hand.  To close it back up or lift it, I do need two hands.

This stroller is a good buy for the money.  It definitely doesn't have the fanciest brand name, but practical moms don't need to spent $1000 on a stroller, just for a name!

Graco Milan MetroLite Baby Stroller-mostly a great little stroll September 13, 2010

My one complaint with this stroller is that the foamy padding on the push bar somehow cracked and peeled off.  Very strange.  I can only assume that it happened because of the Texas heat (I just kept it in the trunk of my car.)  Still functional, though, and otherwise, I've been pleased with this stroller.
