The Friedrich Hazardgard Commercial Air Conditioner with Enclosed Fan Motor can cool laboratories, control rooms, living quarters located in hazardous locations. The incorporated hermetically sealed reciprocating compressor is effectively cooled during the refrigeration cycle, so it can comfortably handle higher outdoor temperatures of up to 130°F. This cooling device is equipped with solid-state control relays for a convenient compressor and fan operation. The environmentally sealed on/off switch and gold plated contacts in thermostat offers great corrosion resistance. Crafted from 22-gauge G-60 steel and powder coated to improve durability. This air conditioning device operates at low ambient conditions without freezing at outdoor ambient temperatures as low as 45° F. This air conditioner from Friedrich is designed to cool areas where volatile flammable liquids or gases are handled or used.
