Product Description The Eastman Stem Bottom Assembly is constructed of heavy-duty brass to resist corrosion and provide strength and durability. The stem bottom assembly is designed to stop the water flow towards the end of the sillcock, ensuring the water stops within the warm building to prevent freezing during winter. This kit includes an o-ring, spring, seat, flat gasket, retainer cup stem packing, and seat screw. Fits the Eastman Frost Free Sill Cock 80226, 80227, 80228, and 80230. From the Manufacturer Eastman's Stem Bottom Assembly includes replacement parts for frost free sillcock stems. The stem bottom assembly stops the water flow towards the end of the sillcock, ensuring the water stops within the warm building to prevent freezing during winter.
