    Cudoos for Essentail Home Brentwood Furniture January 29, 2008

    This is the fourth piece of Essential Home furniture that I have assembled. I selected the Brenwood pieces because they are attractive and appeared to be well constructed. I found all the peices to be verry well engineered with very good quality of the production. I aasembled each piece in approximatly one hour. I recommend this manufacturer to anyone looking for attractive affordable furniture.

    Essential Home Brentwood Audio Pier / One out of two isn't great May 20, 2010

    I bought my first audio pier and it's GREAT!  Nice piece, nice finish, and went together beautifully!  It only took about 45 minutes (with a 3 1/2 y/o son at my feet).  I was so impressed, I bought a second one!

    Here's my problem....The second piece had a ****** finish, seemed like it was left out in the weather too long.  It didn't even have the same wood grain "look"  or coloring to it!  The shelves don't fit into the top of the media.  Just a bad piece all around.

    If I had bought the second piece first....I would NOT have purchased the second piece!

    I'm going to purchase a third one, direct from K-mart online, so wish me luck!  Hopefully the thrid will match the quality of the first one!!

    I received the T.V.. stand as a Christmas present last year.  It really is a rich look.  I took my time putting it together and it did not take an unreasonable amount of time and was easy to assemble compared to some other things I've assembled.  I received several "really nice t.v. stand" comments from guests and so decided to get the audio pier.  The two look great together,  The audio pier was easy to assemble also.  I'm glad they still carry it because I will get another pier to complete the look I want.  I  feel good knowing it's not going to be hard to assemble.

    Got the Brentwood TV stand -and audio pier-going back for another audio pier-looks great in our family room -lots of storage. I looked for a long time for a reasonable tv stand that didn't look cheap-highly recommend.

    So far my boyfriend and I have put together the Brentwood TV stand, end table and audio pier, which was by the far the most difficult to assemble! In my opinion, it's not worth the $170 we paid for it @ the store. However, it does look nice with the TV stand and it is convenient to have the half-moons built into the shelves for wires. So, despite the difficulties we had assembling this item, I would still recommend it to people looking for a nice, semi-reasonably priced audio pier. It goes well with the rest of the Brentwood collection.
