NOTE: SHIPPING AND HANDLING
I am please with the amount of time that my order shipped in, i believe it was three days, the issue i had was how it was packaged. I ordered a towel, wash clothe pack and this toothbrush holder, and everything was just tossed in the box, with the breakable toothbrush holder below everything, it was broken, his left arm was broken into three pieces. How disappointing to see the look on my three year old sons face, now i am going to call the store and ask what i need to do in order to get this replaced with one in good shape. I think they most definitely be more careful and wrap breakable items in bubble wrap and ensure better delivery so that someone doesnt have to go thru the hassle of ordering something twice and waiting even longer :[
