Great Glider!! I Absolutely love it!
This is a wonderful chair & ottoman set especially for the price! all parts were in the box & it took about 10 minutes to set up, the wood is a beautiful cherry wood, and the product is well design. I love that they have added side cusions to the arms. I have owned several glider chairs in the past and this has to be one of the best so far. Look forward to purchasing another one if they ever get them back in stock.

The product was sold with parts missing.
The glider requires partial assembly, and the hardware is sealed in a packaged, and secured to the box so the parts don't get lost. However the factory assembled part had parts missing. After contacting the manufacturer at the Email listed in the manual, I was informed that the missing parts are not available for several weeks. I am on a waiting list!
It would seem that the manufacturer knew that there was a parts shortage, and shipped gliders with missing parts anyway, But that is just my speculation.

Overall
no problems here
I've used this rocker almost every day since baby was born 17 months ago and have had no problems. Baby and I fit just fine and I am not a small person (200lbs). I will say that me, her AND the boppy did not fit comfortably though...so we didn't use the boppy. :0) No problems with squeeks or things getting loose. And for the price it's great!
I would recommend this product to a friend.

Overall
Nice..BUT
The assembly part was very easy and all the parts were there. The Chair is very comfortable and I love it but when I rock or move in it sometimes it makes a squeaking noise. Overall I think that for the price it was a good buy.
