A great way to copy & save old records.

Item preforms well,but there are a few things, no tone (base/treb} on unit,delay in selecting functions.Good side is i needed a 78 speed turntable to play and record all my rediscovered 78 records.That is what i wanted and it does the job.

Purchased this as a gift for my husband. He has a lot of old albums that he wanted to convert to CD and it works perfectly!!! Great gift!!

Was given this as a gift one year ago (June) and it completely stopped working. Noticed initially how it would occasionally get stuck on certain songs in various CDs I put in and would refuse to turn off etc. Should've taken it back then. Now it has ceased working altogether and I've only had it a little over a year. Looks like I won't be buying Crosley products ever again.

Do not buy any of these Crosley products until you can listen to one. The sound quality is a 1! We had a little portable record player back in the 60s that sounded better than this. Everything except the wood cabinet is cheap cheap cheap. Very disappointed.

I bought one from Kmart a couple of weeks ago...this product plays good and does record but the record level is only -8dbs..will not go to 0 or +dbs..also the auto record to split tracks will not work properly, songs already starts playing before the recording starts. I recommend trying another one instead.

I am not impressed with the copying of music as I have had a problem with the first one and sometimes two tracks of the tapes I have copied to CD not being audible. It has many skips. After that the tracks sound fine so I started just recording the first two tracks again. The other problem I am having is recording records. The system is supposed to auto-detect the the spaces between songs and start a new track. While it works fine with the tapes, the records not so much. I have started to just manually change tracks while recording. Not ideal but it works. The sound from the inputs is adequate for such a combination device and I am not an audiophile. Those who are would want to hook this device up to a receiver.

The Crosley old fashion looking stereo is a compliment to any living room or den.  It's has the look of an antique yet it's gorgeous.  Unlike the newer style stereo of today, this stereo when you look at it, will remind you of the days of bobbie socks, flair skirts, boys with that neat hair cut, dressed totally different than today's styles and the days at home with mom, dad and others in your household when you were growing up enjoyng the sound of the great singers and musicians of that time.  Memories that makes you smile and wonder, where did those good old days go.

I bought this for my husband's birthday (although was a great gift for me as well).  We had a decent collection of albums (from when we were teens) in our basement.  I purchased this one because of the ability to record albums and cassetts to CD.  It works great.  Very easy to  use.  I actually had tears in my eyes listening to the first album we played.  The sound is good and would recommend this to anyone who has a record collection.  Also, nice to know it's made in the good old US
