Didn't work out of the box
A one star rating may seem harsh since I never had the opportunity to use the item, but I had expectations of the unit functioning out of the box - QC problems! I am leery of getting a replacement. Unit never did anything but "hum" during first attempted use.

Overfilled reservoir
Great compressor. Mine was delivered fully charged with air and the oil reservoir was overfilled. I noticed it and drained the oil and refilled it to the proper level. It is a quiet compressor the recovers very fast. I am happy with the purchase for the price.

Very Good Compressor
This is the third compressor I've had and it's best one yet! I've had two of one other brand and it has outpreformed them both, hands down. It pumps up to pressure quickly and recovers just as well. Woudn't trade it for anything else.

I have had one for over 10 years and have purchase two for gifts. a great little compressor but be careful it tips over easily. you need to mount it on a small furniture dolly or cart or mount an outrigger to the bottom to extend its life.One tip can render it inoperable.

I am on my second compressor now,first one lasted about fifteen minutes before locking up.I was using inside house when compressor started to smoke really bad and set off my smoke detector before I could unplug it and get it outside.I am trying another compressor and hope it last longer,if you buy one you had better buy the extended warranty with it.

Note: A 2000 Watt generator will not start this compressor
This is an excellent compressor and good value. However, just be aware that a 2000 Watt generator will not be able to start this 1hp (746 Watt) compressor. You will need at least a 4000 Watt generator. This of course assumes that you wish to use this compressor in the field.

Powerful Compressor
I love this compressor. I keep it in my garage at home to put air in my truck tires, horse trailer tires, bike tires, etc. I was so tired of trying to find a gas station that had air so I bought this and have not been dissapointed in it. The only thing I don't like is that it is a little heavy.

Free 9 pc accesory kit is cheezy, the unit itself is great!
This unit is light weight and exactly what I needed. I will need to go back to buy a better air hose and tire filling chuck. The free 9 pc accesory kit is cheaply made and only rated to 30 lbs. I need 65 lbs in my truck tires. Buy the unit and toss the free accesory kit!

This 3 gal.is perfect for the homeowner who needs something quick and easy to use.It is also convenient to bring on camping trips and home away from home events.We go to camp where there is no power but we run a generator and this easily plugs into it and it great!
