Only Coleman offers the PerfectFlow pressure control system. The PerfectFlow regulator provides consistent cooking performance by producing a steady fuel stream, even in cold weather, high altitude or when fuel is low.

This is a great stove for camping, tailgating, backyard BBQ's or whatever! We just used it for a Easter weekend campout! Cooked pancakes on the griddle for breakfast and then hamburgers and hotdogs for lunch. You got it, this stove can cook it.

We love this grill. It is compact, got a large cooking space, and ours came with a carrying case.

What a great grill for tail gateing, and also make a great little grill for camping. I love coleman products and have a large coleman grill at home and I am very happy with it so it was no brainer not to get the coleman for a travel grill to take anywhere. Good stuff

My wife and I recently purchased a pop-up camper that came with a gas grill that attaches to one of the outside walls. It hooks up to the camper's LP gas system via a hose, making it very convenient, but it didn't produce very much heat and it took way too long to cook even hamburgers. Many have commented about it not being safe to cook with the lid down, as the handle may melt. Indeed the warning label warns you not to do so. I was very aware of this, and experimented. In my case I was able to cook just fine with the lid down with the heat on medium. I will continue to cook with the lid down where appropriate, but I will be very mindful of it and check the handle temp often.
Since I generally do the cooking while we're camping, I started looking at portable grills to take with us instead of the camper's grill. After seeing the LXE I decided it would be perfect for us. My wife resisted at first, but finally relented after becoming frustrated with the (lack of) performance of the grill supplied with our camper.
We purchased the grill and an adapter hose for a 20 lb gas tank. We used the grill for cooking burgers, hot dogs, omelets, bacon, and scrambled eggs, and for heating various buns and rolls.
This is really intelligently designed for a portable grill. I am already envisioning wheeling this thing everywhere.

I've had this grill for almost 3 years now, out on my balcony, covered only with a piece of plastic and it has remained like new. The red cover has not faded or chipped amazingly. The black parts faded just a bit but nothing Armor All wouldn't help. The inside grill grates are super heavy duty. As other reviews said, you definitely have to keep fresh heavy duty aluminum foil in the bottom drip area but not much hassle. We have been very happy with the grilling, tasted as good as other gas grills we have had. Never had a problem with the starter. Have popped it in the trunk of the car to take to an outting to help grill there. Super easy to open and close. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a basic grill and don't have much space or want the portablility.

The grill cooks OK if there is no wind. The instructions say not to close the top while cooking. The grill is a pain to clean, it gets rusty and it's hard to find replacement parts. I reccomend buying a cheap gas grill and throw it away after a year or two rather than messing with this one. This grill is VERY disappointing!

I'VE HAD MY EYE ON THIS LITTLE BABY FOR SOME TIME, BUT WASN'T WILLING TO PAY THE $229 PRICE TAG. THANKS TO SEARS I MANAGED TO FIND IT ON SALE, FREE SHIPPING AND USED AN ADDITIONAL SEARS ONLINE COUPON..SAVING A WHOPPING $60. I LOVE A GOOD DEAL. AS FOR THE GRILL ITSELF, I LOVE IT. I AGREE WITH ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS POSTED THROUGHOUT THE WEB (AND THERE ARE LOTS). THE NEGATIVE ONE'S...WELL SOME PEOPLE ARE JUST HARD TO PLEASE. HEADS UP: CONSIDER THIS TO BE A GAS STOVE AND NOT A REGULAR GRILL. IF YOU KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN USING IT, YOU SHOULDN'T RUN INTO THE PROBLEMS LIKE SOME PEOPLE HAVE. IN PARTICULAR, YOU CAN COOK WITH THE LID DOWN, BUT DO NOT EXCEED THE MEDIUM TEMPERATURE. MOST THINKING PEOPLE WOULD NOT COOK WITH THE LID DOWN ON A GAS CAMP STOVE, HENCE MY EARLIER STATEMENT, SO BARE THIS IN MIND WHEN COOKING. SOME HAVE RUN IN TO TROUBLE COOKING ON HIGH AND THE HANDLE MELTING OFF. THE ROADTRIP HEATS UP SO QUICK ONE DOESN'T NEED TO GO OVER MEDIUM SETTING IN STABLE WEATHER CONDITIONS TO SEALS IN THE JUICES OF A THICK NEW YORK STRIP. I COULD GO ON AND ON ABOUT THIS STOVE/GRILL, BUT FOR THE SAKE OF BEING REPETITIOUS, I WILL LET YOU SEARCH FOR YOURSELF ALL THE GREAT REVIEWS AND HOT TIPS OUT THERE FOR THIS FUNKY COOL GRILL. AMAZON IS A GOOD PLACE TO START FOR THOROUGH REVIEWS. ENJOY! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RT LXE. SHE'S A CHAMP!

I purchased the grill for myself for use at home and camping. Love the portability and flexability of cooking surfaces. Easy clean-up is a plus too. It was easy to assemble.

This was the one big toy my husband wanted for Christmas 2 years ago. While we went through one or two to ensure we had all the pieces it was supposed to have for assembly, we have thoroughly enjoyed this grill. It is great for when we need to grill for one or two -- and terrific for entertaining as well. We like having two separate burners so we can have a hot and cool side of grill -- which is perfect for our favorite London Broil recipe. We fuel it with either a standard propane tank at home and then use propane cannisters when we camp or go to the beach. Because we do not have a pickup, the folding legs and side trays enable us to put this in the trunk of our mid-size sedan. It is easy to clean...and we have had fun using the griddle insert as well. The only thing that could make it better would be to make it self-cleaning.

This is a sturdy and very portable grill. It was a gift for my in-laws who winter down south in a fifth wheel. They really like it. A nice feature is the grease drain on the inside that emptys into a tray for easy cleanup:)
