HORRIBLE!!!! CHEMICAL SMELL THROUGH THE BOX!
I purchased a Dormia Memory Foam pillow 7 years ago and it just now has worn out. It has been put through a lot and I was searching for a replacement. Dormia I as told in my search has been closed as a company and reformed under a new name. I purchased this pillow as I was told it was the same thing. When It arrived, the pillow smelled like a chemical smell right through the shipping box. When my 4 year old twins came near me as I opened it they said it was a skunk in the box. - THAT STRONG!!! I called sears - who as ALWAYS has great customer service, they walked me through the return process and I'm sad to say I'm still looking for that pillow.... One thing is for sure - save your $ and go to sears and check out the pillows 1st and if its in a box - ask to open the box 1st. After doing much research, the chemical in the memory foam pillows / beds are VERY dangerous and if it needs 5 days to "air out" I am not putting it near my head ... HOPE THIS REVIEW HELPS SAVE YOU MONEY! GOD BLESS YOU AND GOD BLESS AMERICA!
