    If we did not purchase a defective knife sharpener then this is the worst one we have ever used. I will be calling the company directly to discuss - the problem we have with this product is that when you put the knife into the slot where the sharpener is the knife gets stuck on the plastic surrounding it. This is a sharpen by hand product (no motors). Hoping it is just a defect.
