Throwaway Grill!
Which is the better buy? My Char-Broil first stopped coproducing enough heat to cook a meal, then after following instructions from "customer support" then grill stopped working altogether. The only advice I got was to order $100 in new parts (the sop called warranty had run out two weeks earlier". I've already spent one day trying to put the parts in since they have no instructions, and no one at Char-Broil can help. I should have listened to my son and bought a Weber. His is 20 years old and has never had a single problem. Think aboutt that: Char-Broil - has to be thrown away after a year Weber- Problem free after 20 years Which is the better buy?
