Introduction to DSLR

This is a great camera for introducing yourself to the DSLR cameras at an affordable price. If you are a film buff or professional this camera once you get use to the menu navigation and set your custom settings up then you will not be disappointed. Cons: the kit lens was used for 3 photos and I was using my other lens that I previously purchased. The kit lens is real basic. You will find yourself buying other lenses if you don't own them rather quickly. In video mode only 30/60 fps rates. I think they could have added a few more lines in the programming and allowed 25/50, 30/60, 120/250 frame rate options. Pros: Navigation and settings for photos will take about a day to get use to. I use manual mode strictly and shoot all photos in RAW format. The software that comes included with the camera is easier to use than that expensive photosh*p, is quicker and nearly worth the price of the camera in my opinion. It allows you to convert to a wide range of formats.

Beautiful Camera

This is defiantly a camera for people who are interested in photography and need a basic, great camera. It takes outstanding photos and i like the switch of automatic focus and manual focus. And you can buy different lenses for different shots and more advanced stuff. So if you're looking for a high quality, awesome camera, i recommend this 110%

Great camera easy to use

This camera takes great pictures and is very easy to use.This is my first digital SLR camera.I was a little concerned it would be really hard to learn to use.It isn`t ,it has many different controls such as automatic ,which is great for point and shoot pictures ,no need to adjust any settings.Manual you can adjust the different settings .This camera is awesome

Great camera for the price. Has lots of great features such as Black and White photos, even enhances children in photos. I had a Nikon prior to getting the Canon and it's simple enough for an amatuer photographer and complex enough for pros.

Great starter camera without professional Canon model exspense

We have been enjoying this camera.  The picture quality is clear, the features are easy to learn, use and understand.  Great step up to a semi professional camera from using a small hand held camera, all without the exspense of the professional models! I would recomend this camera and very happy with our purchase!
