Yet again another damaged item from Sears/Kmart.com. Screws are in the seat so tight you cannot take them out to put the pieces together and screw them in. Totally ridiculous waste of time and effort and money!

This High Back Leather Plus Chair offers passive ergonomic seating with built in lumbar support. It also features upright locking positions, pneumatic gas lift seat height adjustment, and includes adjustable tilt tension control. All this for only $89.09! You can't find comfort for less like this anywhere else but Kmart!!!
