Baume & Mercier brings a touch of modernity to the highly acclaimed Classima series with a wide array of materials. This fine open heart Classima features a 42 mm polished stainless steel case bordered on with a polished fixed bezel. It has an black dial with line decor, partnered with silver-tone leaf-style hands, Roman numerals, indices and a Baume & Mercier logo at 12 o'clock postion as hour markers. Complementing it further is a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, a visible open balance and escapement feature just below the 12 o'clock position and a signed crown at the 3 o'clock position. Fitted with a black alligator leather strap secured by an adjustable triple folding clasp with security push-pieces complete the elegant and classic look. This watch has a snap-on caseback with sapphire exhibition window showcasing the ETA caliber 2824-2, a Swiss automatic movement beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour and is water-resistant up to 30 meters/165 feet.
