Works great
We rent a large house which has several rooms of wood flooring and a huge kitchen with tile floor. When I mop all these floors, it takes forever. Changing the mop water frequently and lugging the heavy bucket up and down the stairs is a real chore. Using the steam mop makes it so much easier and it does an excellent job. It is very easy to use and does an excellent cleaning job. I find not having to wait forever for the floors to dry also speeds the process

not worth the money
Have watched this mop on tv, couldn't wait to buy me one. Was I ever disappointed when I got it home and used it. Very flimsy and pushes the dirt around like a swifter mop. Needless to say this will be going back to Kmart as soon as I can get it there.. Don't waste your money on buying one..

Really not a bad product, i've cleaned for a living and i was surprised how well this thing worked. The hot water really cleans better than a mop of hot water and a bucket. We cleaned house before the baby came home and we felt it was clean enough for him!
I would recommend this product to a friend.

Shark Steam Mop is one great thing for cleaning floors.
My wife loves the Shark for cleaning our laminated floors and tile floors. It cleans great and gets dirt , a person wouldn't think about .It is really easy to use.
I would recommend this product to a friend.

The mop is very convient .I don't have to worry about running out of cleaner or pads. Saves me money. The steam kills bacteria. I have a 2yr. old grandson. I don't worry about him playing in the floor

It makes my floors shine.
My floors shine when I use this mop. It leaves the floors practically dry so you don't have to worry about anyone walking on wet floors. It gets up sticky messes from spills. It's great that the pads are machine washable and cleans with just tap water. The only negative for me is having to pump it for steam constantly. I have a bad back & the constant pumping makes it hard, but not as hard as a mop & bucket.

my wife loves it
It is great to clean tile, uses only water and does not leave a film behind. When mopping with water+ cleaner solution a white film is usually left behind, tile does not look as shiny as when steam is uised to clean. Floor takes less time to dry.

Very easy to use and does a great job cleaning.
I bought the shark steam mop a little more that a year ago and I love it. I can't get on my hands and knees to scrub my floors anymore so the steam mop comes in very handy. It is very easy to use, does a great job cleaning the floor, and dries almost immediately.
I would recommend this product to a friend.

Great steam mop
Love, love, love it! This is so much easier than dragging around a bucket of water. The floors get nice and clean and they dry very quickly. I feel like my floors are cleaner with this than with a mop and bucket.

Love the efficiency of this mop, cleans with perfection
I had just moved into a new home with lineoleum in the kitchen, and the grooves in the floor were "permanently" stained. I tried everything I could think of to clean the floor, but nothing worked. I saw the steam mop on TV and I had to try it....needless to say, I now have clean kitchen floors and tell everyone about the power of my steam mop.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
