I love the ab rocker it really work fore me.It just take a little time and you have to work very hard.when you fell your ab in pain you now it is working.

This thing nowhere close to lives up to the ad. Rollers are not comfortable and actually wonder how much good it's doing. Really not a good system and a waster of $100

Definitely A Worthwhile Product

Before I bought the Ab Rocket I was really skeptical as to whether or not it would work.  However, after using it for a couple of months I am a big believer in the product.  It is amazing because I get more than a workout of regular situps.  I really get a great workout from the Ab Rocket.

I would recommend this product to a friend.

The AB Rocket is not all that it is advertised to be....

I did not like this product it is not as it seems. I had a hard time finding somewhere comfortable, the floor is uncomfortable and then it is hard once you get down there. Totally not worth it.

ab rocker

My co-worker just bought one ten days ago and is already down two pant sizes! Just 5-10 minuets every day and she's lost almost 3 inches from her waist. She also just had a baby 9 weeks ago, so it's really easy on her back. I'm going to buy one as soon as I can!

I would recommend this product to a friend.

I love the ab rocker it really work fore me.It just take a little time and you have to work very hard.when you fell your ab in pain you now it is working.
