The Swing-A-Way 4 Cup Easy Release Fat/Gravy Separator is designed to retain delicious gravy sauce without the unwanted extra run-off fat. Easy to use cup is labeled with clear size amounts for easy measuring. Standard size amounts; 1/4, 1/2 cup, 3/4 cup and 2 oz increments. When a dish is fully cooked, pour the pan slightly over the separator and carefully pour the excess liquid into the separator. The separator will slowly filter and strain the fat from the regular sauce through the new deeper removable lid and it will start settling. Once the liquid fully settles, you can use the smartly engineered soft grip quick-release handle and pour the fat-reduced gravy over the food or dish. Spring loaded bottom opening allows for easy release of the grease-free liquids. When not using the quick release, the cup is completely drip-free.
