Won't put in washer
Hi -
I learned, from the 1st reviewer, that this cover shouldn't be placed in the washer. I don't know what the tag says (as I sit here) but one of the 1st things that Sears says in the product description is that it should be spot cleaned. Maybe I'm missing information here about using a washing machine, and maybe the 1st reviewer had trouble spot cleaning. I don't know. I'm sorry that she had a bad experience. I did learn not to use a washing machine. Thanks, Dawn

We purchased the twin size allergy case for my son's bunk and it shrank after the first wash. We never even got to use it. We already threw out the packaging, will try to return, expect we'll get good service as we have in the past.

good product, getting what you paid for
i have class 4 allergies to dust mites so invested in pillows & mattress cover as to doctors recommendation. they can get quite pricy so i purchased this economical one. wasn't planning on ever washing this so i don't have the problems that other people have. i put this cover over my mattress, and then my bedsheet/mattress cover over the allergy cover. I wash my bedsheet so i dont need to wash the allergy cover. same goes for all my pillows. although i have 2 layers then, i find it more comfortable to lay on my sheets esp cause the allergy covers aren't that comfortable. plus it makes it easier to wash and still keeps the dust mites away! can be a bit nosy when tossing, but not that bad.

This ripped both at the seam and in the middle of the fabric trying to fit it on the mattress. Couldn't even use it once. Very disappointed at the low quality.
